When do you ship?
Shipments go out Monday to Friday. We strive to process your orders within 2 – 3 business days (excluding postal time). We will notify you if there are any delays.
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
Shipping is free over $150 to customers in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the Contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
We intend to ship internationally very soon!
When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 5-7 business days but on rare occasions, it can take longer.
Why are some of your shipping costs high?
This is due to the nature of the products we sell, our shipping costs can be higher than other retail sites. This is because to safely ship handmade furniture for example will cost more than a book or an item of clothing.
However, we try to get the lowest prices for you as we really don’t want you to spend lots on shipping. We compare our shipping costs so if we find that we have in any way overcharged you, we will refund you.

We want you to have the best experience possible with us.
In the unfortunate event you don’t, please contact us and we’ll find a solution.
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Your order should arrive within 7-10 business days but on rare occasions, it can take longer. Please check your tracking order details by logging into your account and clicking track order.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please send us back the product and we will issue you a refund or exchange.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If your product has not been dispatched, we are happy to make any adjustments to your order. Please message us on email@example.com and quote your order number in the subject line.
If the product has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until your product has been received.
